Requirements

  • Bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology
  • Valid Smart Serve (or equivalent)
  • Strong customer service skills and cash handling

Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • Lead and support front and back of house staff
  • Maintain service and quality standards
  • Handle scheduling, inventory, and guest issues
